I miss Autumn
or Fall, as I usually referred to it, back East. In San Francisco there are no seasons, and there is actually very little gray in Potrero Hill. As Sunday football was on TV, and the Ravens were losing to the Colts, I remember how I miss the gray weekends in Autumn, when the leaves were on the ground, and you could start to *see* the cold.
I saw David Byrne at the Davies Symphony Hall. It was awesome, my favorite parts were obviously when he played Talking Heads songs, especially "Houses in Motion" and "Life During Wartime." I was really hoping for either "Naive Melody" or "Born Under Punches," but I can't complain.
Whats up with the economy, yall.
