I went the whole week

without drinking coffee. Green Tea all the way, all about the anti-oxidants. I caught the band Charlift Saturday night. You might know them from this.

Had a ridiculous jam session with the co-workers and an old friend on Thursday down in Santa Monica.

I did not drink coffee. I did use the same tea bag to make 4 cups of tea throughout the workday.
